We welcome proposals and manuscripts that align with Xenoloop’s imprints and editorial direction. Our approach is editorial-first: we look for clear purpose, strong craft, and a real readership.
Before submitting : please review the sections below so we can assess your work efficiently and fairly.
What to Submit
A proposal helps us evaluate fit, audience, positioning, and scope before you complete the full manuscript. Major publishers commonly assess projects this way.
Your proposal should include:
1.Working Title + Category/Genre + Imprint (if known)
2.One-paragraph pitch (what it is + why it matters)
3.Synopsis / Overview (1–3 pages)
4.Audience & market positioning (who it’s for + comparable titles)
5.Table of Contents + chapter summaries (short, clear outline)
6.Sample material (1–3 chapters or 8,000–15,000 words)
7.Author bio (credentials, platform, past publications if any)
8.Estimated word count + timeline (if incomplet
If your manuscript is complete, submit it along with a short proposal-style overview (items 1–4 above).
